Gravesend Churches Housing Association (GCHA) has been a cornerstone of the Kent community since 1964, delivering affordable housing that truly makes a difference to its residents. With more than 600 homes under their care, GCHA is all about strengthening local communities and tackling the region’s housing challenges head-on.
Despite all the incredible work they do, they didn’t have an in-house marketing team. That made it tough to communicate as effectively as they wanted with residents, stakeholders, and the wider community. Recognising how vital clear, impactful communication is, they reached out for expert marketing support to close that gap.
